Products & Sales

All artworks, acrylic art figures, craft kits, and merchandise sold are described as accurately as possible.

Due to the handmade nature of many products, minor variations in colour, texture, or design may occur.
Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. MeowCraft Shop reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service without prior notice. We shall not be liable to any customer or third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
Pre-Order Policy

All pre-orders require full payment at the time of ordering. This secures your item and places it into our production schedule.

Estimated collection or delivery dates are provided as a guide only and may be subject to change. While we will do our best to meet the estimated date, delays may occur.

Pre-orders are strictly non-refundable, including in the event of delays to collection or delivery, provided the product remains available.

Each acrylic art figure/artwork is handmade in small batches. Variations in markings, colours, textures, or finish are natural characteristics of the handmade process and do not constitute faults. By placing a pre-order, you accept and agree to these variations.

Customised or personalised pre-orders (including engraved or specially commissioned designs) cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

If MeowCraft Shop is unable to fulfil your pre-order due to circumstances within our control (for example, stock issues or production problems), you will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a replacement item or a full refund.

MeowCraft Shop is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Payments

We accept debit/credit card/ApplyPay/BACs payments, cash in-store, and valid MeowCraft gift vouchers.

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Refunds & Returns

Each artwork, acrylic art figure sold in-store is handmade in small batches. While we take great care to ensure quality and create pieces that are delicate and unique, the handmade process means that each artwork, figure will have individual markings, textures, and colour patterns. No two artworks, figures are ever the same.

These variations, including areas of lighter paint coverage or surface irregularities, are natural characteristics of the handmade process and do not constitute faults. MeowCraft Shop accepts no responsibility for claims relating to such variations.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking all items before making payment. By completing payment, customers acknowledge and accept the quality and condition of the product as sold, including any natural variations.

Refunds or exchanges will only be accepted if an artwork or acrylic figure is found to be damaged at the point of sale and reported immediately to staff.

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted once payment has been made and the customer has left the shop.

Customised or personalised acrylic art figures (including engraved or specially commissioned designs) are not eligible for return or exchange and fall outside our standard returns policy.

Payments made by debit/credit card/Apple Pay/BACs will be refunded to the same card, or alternative details will be required if the card has expired.

Payments made by gift voucher will be refunded by issuing a replacement voucher of the same value. No cash refund will be given for vouchers.
Liability

Customers are responsible for their own belongings while visiting MeowCraft Shop. We do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Participation in any in-store demonstrations or activities is at the customer’s own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeowCraft Shop accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the premises. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for any other matter which cannot be legally excluded.
Intellectual Property

All MeowCraft branding, logos, and original artwork are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Craft kits and DIY products are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Privacy Policy

MeowCraft Shop collects personal information (such as name, email, phone, date of birth and payment details) only for the purpose of managing bookings, purchases and communication.

Information is stored securely and never shared with third parties, except where required for payment processing.

By booking or purchasing, customers agree to be contacted with relevant updates about their booking or order.

Customers may also choose to receive promotional emails about new workshops, special offers, or events. Consent will be requested at the time of booking or signup, and customers may unsubscribe at any time.
Complaints

If you have a complaint, please raise it with a member of staff in-store so we can address the issue immediately.

If your concern cannot be resolved in-store, you may email us at info@meowcraft.co.uk. We aim to reply within 14 working days.
